Daniela Petruzalek is a Senior Developer Relations Engineer at Google, based in London. She specializes in Go, Data Engineering, and the emerging ecosystem of AI Agents.

With over two decades of experience across software engineering and architecture, Daniela focuses on building reliable, high-performance systems and helping developers navigate modern tooling. Prior to Google, she was a Google Developer Expert (GDE) for Go and Google Cloud Platform, and holds an Oracle Certified Professional certification.

Her current work centers on AI-assisted development and agentic architectures—exploring how generative models, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and the Agent Development Kit (ADK) integrate with production engineering. She advocates for disciplined vibe coding, applying classical engineering rigor, automated verification, and sound design principles to AI-augmented workflows.

In her spare time, she contributes to open source, plays retro and modern video games, and pets random cats on the streets.
