Daniela Petruzalek is a Senior Developer Relations Engineer at Google, based in London. She specializes in Go, Data Engineering, and the emerging ecosystem of AI Agents.
With a background spanning over two decades in software engineering and pre-sales, Daniela has a passion for building efficient, scalable systems and helping other developers do the same. Before joining Google, she was a Google Developer Expert (GDE) for Go and Google Cloud Platform. She is also an Oracle Certified Professional and a TEDx speaker.
Her current focus is everything around AI, from using AI to generate code, images, and text to creating AI-enabled applications like agents and other tools. She is a proponent of vibe coding with discipline, applying engineering rigor to AI-assisted workflows to build tools that make developers’ lives easier.
In her spare time, she contributes to open source, plays video games, and pets random cats on the streets.
